Henan Province Unveils Measures to Boost Auto Consumption, Including NEV Rural Campaign

Cointime update: The Henan Provincial Government Office issued a policy package to stimulate auto consumption, including a rural campaign for new energy vehicles and implementation of purchase tax and vehicle-and-vessel tax exemptions and scrappage and trade-in subsidies. The measures also encourage local governments to issue vouchers for the auto aftermarket and support Zhengzhou’s pilot reform of auto distribution and consumption.
