Cointime update: Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on November 4 that Russia hopes the U.S. midterm election results will not affect peace efforts, noting President Donald Trump is still exercising his powers. Peskov said preliminary work is underway and a new round of Russia-U.S.-Ukraine trilateral talks will follow, while adding there is currently no plan for a call between Vladimir Putin and Trump.
