Cointime update: Digital asset insurance specialist Soter Insure has added Standard Chartered’s SC Ventures and Japan’s SBI Group as strategic investors in its Galaxy-led Series B, with Token Bay Capital also increasing its investment. The second closing follows a first close in July that included Coinbase Ventures, Franklin Templeton and Brevan Howard Digital. No funding amount was disclosed.
