Cointime update: China’s Ministry of Finance will issue RMB-denominated green sovereign bonds in Canada during the week of Nov. 9, 2026, with a size of no more than 4 billion yuan, the ministry said. The issuance was approved by the State Council. Specific issuance arrangements will be announced separately before the sale.
