Cointime update: China has fully launched a cross-industry talent development program for the entire machinery supply chain, making “AI+machinery” composite talent training a core support for industry transformation and upgrading this year, the China Machinery Industry Federation said. Experts cited a structural skills mismatch, with AI-literate staff unfamiliar with industrial processes and machinery specialists lacking AI application skills.
