360 Unveils Metacognition Model to Support Reliable AI Execution

Cointime update: Qihoo 360 chief scientist and senior vice president Pan Jianfeng presented research on a Metacognition Model (MCM) at the 2026 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit’s AI for Scientific Research forum. The general-purpose model models task environments, experiential knowledge, action logic and state changes to help large models understand task conditions, judge action paths, assist decisions and verify execution results, supporting AI’s shift from generation to reliable execution.
