Cointime reports: Su Jie, a research staffer in Volcano Engine’s automotive business, has reportedly left the company, with his next destination unclear. A person close to Volcano Engine said claims that Su was the “No. 1 R&D lead” for the auto business are inaccurate: he had moved to an individual-contributor role months before departing and was not the R&D head. His departure will not affect the normal launch of Volcano Engine’s automotive products.
