Cointime update: Arkansas has filed suit against prediction-market platform Kalshi, seeking to stop what the state alleges is illegal gambling. The state is asking for restitution, unpaid taxes and civil penalties. Kalshi is simultaneously pursuing federal appeals against state enforcement of gambling laws.
