Cointime update: Sony Group released the MDR-3R wired headphones on Thursday at $60, modeled on the earbuds bundled with its first Walkman in 1979. The retro-styled model keeps the original’s 23mm driver units for similar sound, with tuning adjusted for modern listeners. Sony also launched an $80 tie-in edition with Netflix’s “Stranger Things,” featuring custom packaging and the show’s title engraved on the hardware.
