Cointime reports: Iran is reviewing a set of specific nuclear proposals put forward by mediators, signaling progress in Qatar-led diplomacy between Washington and Tehran, five people familiar said. Qatar held two rounds of talks in Tehran and a third in Doha over the past week, and US Vice President JD Vance has pushed the negotiations. Iran’s Supreme National Security Council secretary Rezaei said publicly Tehran would not negotiate until US conditions are met, though the sources said he is privately more open. Iran seeks frozen-asset release, an end to oil sanctions and a naval blockade, while the main dispute is the disposal of its highly enriched uranium stockpile.
