Lombard Systems Raises $4M Seed for Tokenized Securities Financing

Cointime update: Lombard Systems, formerly SemiLiquid, has raised a $4 million seed round led by Ethereal Ventures, with ALPS Capital, First Commit, Veris Ventures and ATKA participating. The company provides financing infrastructure for tokenized securities and maintains the Delivery-versus-Lock (DvL) standard, which lets banks, brokers and transfer agents accept tokenized and digital assets as collateral without moving them out of existing securities accounts.
