Cointime reports: Binance has not publicly answered questions about hot-wallet management, signing controls or transaction limits after a $6.3 billion security incident, Cointelegraph reported on Nov. 6. Co-CEO Richard Teng said on Oct. 30 the attack affected the exchange’s own hot wallets, with most customer assets held in offline cold storage. Binance’s initial report said attackers accessed an internal wallet signing service and bypassed normal withdrawal processes; some technical details will remain confidential.
