The incident, lasting 12 minutes, impacted chat services, the DeepSeek V4 Pro API and the DeepSeek V4.1 Flash API. The page also listed availability rates for August to November 2026: V4 Pro API at 99.76%, V4.1 Flash API at 99.58% and search API at 100.00%.
