Cointime update: Liu Haixing, head of the CPC International Department, led a delegation to Pakistan and Bangladesh from Nov 1 to 5, meeting Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, army chief Asim Munir, Deputy PM Ishaq Dar, and Bangladeshi President Mohammed Shahabuddin and PM Tarique Rahman. The visit included party-building exchanges and the launch of China-Pakistan and China-Bangladesh governance research centers.
