Cointime update: Toyota announced a new organizational restructuring that includes establishing a dedicated robotics division, positioning the business as a “key pillar for future business.” It marks the first time Toyota has separated robotics from its manufacturing system and elevated it to a core strategic segment alongside electrification and software. The move was disclosed on November 5.
