Cointime update: Blockaid has flagged a bug in reth that can cause the client to produce incorrect state proofs, warning users to upgrade. The security firm listed patched builds for reth, op-reth and Base, while Gauntlet curtailed deposits and allocations in response. The warning covers the Ethereum execution client and its OP Stack derivatives, including Coinbase’s Base network.
