Cointime update: Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse said pro-crypto candidates won on both sides of the aisle, citing 67 million Americans who use crypto, in a Nov. 4 post on X. The figure comes from the National Cryptocurrency Association’s May 13 report, which found about a quarter of US adults hold crypto, up from a fifth a year earlier. NCA chairman Stuart Alderoty credited super PAC Fairshake and grassroots groups; Ripple added a third $25 million to Fairshake in November 2024.
