Cointime update: Texas Governor-elect Gina Hinojosa has asked state officials to pause negotiations with SpaceX over a potential land sale during the power transition. The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department had been discussing transferring control of about 1,300 acres of public land in Cameron County and Boca Chica State Park, which SpaceX reportedly wants to expand its Starbase facility.
