Cointime reports: Foreign institutional investors (QFII) held 1,309 A-shares by the end of the third quarter, with 57.4% of those stocks rising in Q3. Bank stocks were the main source of QFII profits, as Singapore’s OCBC, a long-term holder of 1.322 billion Ningbo Bank shares, saw its stake value surge by 7.587 billion yuan after the stock rose 19.33% in the quarter. That made Ningbo Bank the single most profitable QFII holding for the period.
