Cointime update: Micron executive vice president and chief commercial officer Sumit Sadana said the company’s new Strategic Customer Agreements are mostly five-year, binding take-or-pay contracts running through 2030, with no customer exit clauses, unlike legacy 12-month long-term agreements. Separately, GE Vernova CEO Scott Strazik answered “no” when Morgan Stanley analyst David Arcaro asked whether turbine orders faced financing difficulties, cancellations or slowdowns, adding cash terms were unchanged and customer balance sheets strong.
