Cointime reports: Multiple users reported on November 7 that their ChatGPT and OpenAI accounts were suddenly deactivated, with login prompts stating “your account has been deleted or deactivated,” most without prior email notice. Affected accounts included free API accounts, shared team accounts and $200-per-month Pro subscriptions. OpenAI has not publicly explained the reason, scope or whether the suspensions were coordinated.
