Cointime update: Binance France will close all client accounts on Dec 31 after failing to secure an EU MiCA license, with deposits already suspended. From Nov 29, accounts still holding assets will incur a monthly management fee of 0.025% of the balance or 10 USDC, whichever is higher, deducted first from USDC. Assets not withdrawn by Dec 31 may be converted, transferred or handled under the terms of service.
