Cointime update: Vitalik Buterin said on Nov. 5 that Ethereum will use frontier technologies, including GPUs, in the coming years to process multiple tasks in parallel while preserving decentralization. The Ethereum Foundation will focus on its strengths, supporting developers on technical capability, security, privacy and openness, while areas beyond its expertise will be left to users and the community to explore.
