Cointime update: China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has opened a public consultation on draft interim rules for managing robot product identification codes. The draft requires the ID code service platform to complete a formal review of registration information within 10 working days, registering qualified applications and notifying applicants within 5 working days if materials are incomplete or non-compliant.
