Cointime update: The XRP Ledger has activated fixCleanup3_4_0, a fix for a delegated burn permission issue that could have allowed new tokens to be minted. The amendment required two runs at the 14-day validator window after the first attempt failed on Oct. 21, 12 days in. The fix addresses a flaw in permission delegation on the network.
