Cointime reports: ING is selling a data center loan portfolio worth about $500 million through a competitive bidding process, accepting bids on more than a dozen loans, people familiar with the matter said. The portfolio includes a $25 million loan backing a large New Mexico data center tied to the OpenAI, SoftBank and Oracle-led Stargate project. Oracle has notified the developer it intends to invoke force majeure to delay payment obligations on that project.
