Cointime update: The Ethereum Foundation has laid out a fork-by-fork plan to deliver Lean Ethereum by 2029 under its “Strawmap” roadmap. Fork H* will be the last without Lean features; I* introduces leanVM and Lean transactions; J* adds Lean proofs, data availability sampling and PCS; and the L stage completes Lean Ethereum.
